About the Founder
Dr. Adrien L. Bennings
Founder and CEO, HighQ Leadership Institute
With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, Dr. Bennings brings a rare combination of governing board insight, fiscal stewardship, organizational transformation, and crisis leadership.
She has served as a community college president and chief financial officer, led complex negotiations, guided digital transformation, and built systems and teams that strengthen performance and advance institutional mission.
Her work is grounded in the realities leaders face when decisions carry significant organizational and human consequences.
